TRIA balances our research with studies aimed at evaluating new forms of treatment and the latest advancements in orthopaedics. |
Study Detail: Dupuytren's Study
The problem: In Dupuytren's contracture the connective tissue under the skin in the palm of your hand tightens or contracts often leaving you unable to completely straighten the involved fingers.
Innovation: Clostridial Collagenase is injected into the affected region of the palm of the hand intending to pop or dissolve the tightened connective tissue.
Enrollment: Closed, patients in follow-up.
