Insurance coverage doesn't have to be puzzling.
TRIA accepts most major insurance plans. We recommend you contact your insurance company directly prior to scheduling an appointment to determine if the services you are requesting will be covered.

For questions about what TRIA services and procedures your provider covers, follow the steps below to gather the information you need.

Organize your information


Keep your insurance card handy in case you need to provide your policy and/or group number.

Note TRIA's tax ID number and National Provider Identifiers.

Step 1

Call the number on your insurance card.


Ask to speak to your plan supervisor or a customer service representative. (Make note of the person’s name, the date and time.)

Say, "Hi. I'm calling to find out if TRIA Orthopaedic Center is in my network or if I need a referral."


"What services are covered? What are my co-payments, if any? What is my deductible? If TRIA is not in my network, what do I have to pay?"
