Continuing Education Credit
Sponsorship
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the University of Minnesota and TRIA Orthopaedic Center. The University
of Minnesota is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
Credit designation has yet to be decided.
Physicians should only claim credit commensurate
with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Other Healthcare Professionals who participate in this CME activity may submit their Statements of Attendance to their appropriate accrediting
organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the
requirements for acceptable continuing education.
In order to receive credit, participants must attend at least one full session and submit a verification form
and evaluation form before leaving. Participants can only claim the hours they were actually in attendance for CME credit. Statements of
credit will be mailed within 6-8 weeks following the program.
